TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As part of our commitment to quality and reliability, Kubota Philippines. inc, provides comprehensive warranty coverage for your new Kubota product.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Warranty is applicable only to brand new products distributed by KPI and sold by its authorized dealers. Warranty starts from the date of sale of the product to the original Customer
VALIDITY OF WARRANTY
The cause of failure or damage of a particular part or parts must be due to defect in material and / or workmanship

| Use of KPI genuine parts during product repairs | Ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or the remaining balance of the unexpired warranty period of the product, whichever expires last |
WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEFECTS:
- Arising from normal wear and tear, premature failure or damage due to accident, natural calamities such as fires, floods, etc., negligence or improper use of the equipment and failure of the customer to comply with the recommended maintenance servicing schedule specified in the Operator’s Manual.
- Caused by unauthorized removal or modification of any functional part or component or use of non-genuine parts.
- Resulting from repairs, servicing, or modifications performed by personnel not authorized by Kubota Philippines, Inc. (KPI)
PARTS AND OTHER ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Expendable and consumable maintenance items such as but not limited to:
- Glow plugs, filters, hoses, belts
- Pre-heater elements, injector nozzle assemblies
- Fuel, lubricants, and coolants
- All parts are made of plastic, glass, resin, and other rubber materials
- Gasket and oil seal
- Electrical parts /components (i.e. starter motor, alternator, voltage, regulator, wiring harness, bulbs, etc.)
NOTE: ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT BATTERIES ARE WARRANTED FOR THE FIRST THREE (3) MONTHS AND ON A PRORATED REPLACEMENT COST BASIS FOR THE FOLLOWING NINE (9) MONTHS
