When Warranty Begins

To Kubota Philippines Inc provides warranty to the products which are directly sold by the Company by authorized dealers. Warranty starts with the date of product acceptance by the first owner.

Duration of Warranty

The warranty period of each product is different and subject to terms and conditions. If damage occurs due to improper materials, stems from defects in the manufacturing process or arises as a result of normal use and regular maintenance, we are pleased to repair and replace the defective parts free of charge.

The warranty terms and conditions are limited to repair and replacement carried out by authorised dealer of Kubota Philippines Inc.

Transfer of Ownership

The warranty is transferrable to the second owner.

Warranty does not cover or apply to

  • Damage caused by improper use of products and failure to keep up with maintenance schedules as specified in “Application and Maintenance Manual”
  • Damaged caused by failure to obtain maintenance services from the Company or authorized leaders during the period of warranty
  • Damaged caused to consumable supplies or materials that can expire or deteriorate over time as listed below

    4. Gasket
    5. Parts made from from rubber or resin such as oil seal
    6. Parts made from plastic
    7. Glass
    8. Disc Clutch
    9. Bulb
    10. Fuse
    11. Belt
    12. Grease nipple
    13. Fluid
    14. Lubricant
    15. Coolant
    16. Distilled Water
    17. Bolts,nuts, rings, pins, rubber rings, tyres etc
    18. Burner
    19. Bushing
    20. Electrical Wiring
    21. Electronic Components such as switch, solenoid and relay
  • Damage to outer parts which wear out as a result of vibration, corrosion, tearing and rusting
  • Damage caused by use of spare parts, fuels or lubricants which are substandard or do not meet the specification stated in “Application and Maintenance Manual”
  • Damage caused by improper use of products including improper removal of tractors from a ditch
  • Damage caused by natural disasters and accidents such as crashing tractor into a tree, flooding and fires
  • Damage caused by repair works or modification carried out by unauthorized persons
  • Costs such as fuel expenses, towing fees, transportation, accommodations, inconveniences and losses of business opportunities
  • Ordinary circumstances such as loud noises and vibrations which do not affect the quality and performance of product
  • Products of which hour Meets have been tampered with
